SNOW REMOVAL UPDATE

Snow Removal Notice

Given the forecast for this coming weekend, it seems increasingly likely that the community will need to initiate costly snow removal measures. To potentially minimize this cost, we will use a snow melt pre-treatment prior to the storm arriving. This will be applied to all sidewalks from the front door to the driveway and on ½ of the driveway (sidewalk side) from the garage door to the street. The treatment will likely be applied Saturday afternoon.

To help make sure the pre-treatment can be applied efficiently, please clear your sidewalk of any items and have the sidewalk side of your driveway free of any vehicles during the day Saturday. After the treatment is applied, your vehicle may be parked back in the driveway.

After the storm has passed, the board will decide on if and what types of additional snow removal will be needed and used.
