Kennington Meadows is a 55 and older community located in Aylett, Virginia. By purchasing a home in Kennington Meadows, you automatically become a member of the master Association, Kennington Property Owners' Association (KPOA). Kennington Property Owners' Association is managed by a different management company, myStreet Community Management. This additional membership provides access to the Clubhouse which includes an exercise room and pool amenities.
